ABOUT
I’m here for my clients, wherever, whenever. I know that sometimes things can get challenging, and I’m here to ease the load off your shoulders from day one.

Consulting from experience I provide clients with a wide range of services that will help them thrive and grow, building teams, leveraging talent assets, developing purposeful offices, education & workforce development, sustainability, community involvement, non-profit management, Talent Pipeline Management ® many of the things that call to my purpose and my passion. Working to help others achieve their goals, grow, and sustain their companies by investing in themselves and their teams.
Supporting and empowering community involvement to ensure our communities thrive through collective effort. Beyond my extensive work experience, mentoring and guiding young adults, I am an avid volunteer, Leadership Visalia alumni, Parks and Recreation Commissioner, advisor for workforce and education, board member of the Visalia Parks & Recreation Foundation, Visalia Economic Development Corporation, and South Valley Industrial Collaborative. Advisor for groundwater sustainability, and safe drinking water for our communities. All of which has afforded me learning and growth opportunities beyond any of that achieved through traditional educational or work history. These collaborations have driven me to take a leap of faith and focus on how I can better serve our community, county, and the central valley of California. Continuing engagement and convening of industry, education, and government to drive change that will allow us to retain businesses, citizens, jobs, and workers while building on ramps to promote more equitable outcomes in our practices and systems while allowing for a family sustaining careers. Working together we can ensure that we have the employers and the talent needed to keep good paying jobs that allow people to live and thrive here for generations to come.
With a desire to learn more about the types of businesses that operate here, a passion for sharing knowledge, and the great connections I have in the marketing and nonprofit management arena, I believe I will be able to build on your success and help you by making and impact that matters and helps grow the engagement of your key stakeholders. To better my abilities to help our community, I have become certified in Nonprofit Management through UMass Global and Talent Pipeline Management ® (TPM) through the Department of Commerce Foundation. With this training I will have access to survey programs that we will be able to utilize to improve data flow and collection as well as great cohorts in education and workforce development that will be able to help build upon that data. I enjoy meeting new people, seeking out and sharing research, working with others to promote more positive and equitable outcomes and would love to work with organizations that support and encourages those things.
I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to discussing the opportunity.Sincerely,
Lisa Walsh
